TIER I

A personal 1-on-1 session might be a good fit if you find that you’re a bit lost when it comes to growth. Marketing is a resource optimization problem. You have limited budget and resources and you need to figure out the most effective way to deploy that to get maximum ROI.

Unfortunately, that’s not easy to do if you don't have enough experience. What you really need to do is identify the best strategy, or strategies, depending on your industry, team size, and budget, and work on that until you can scale.

I can help you do that. You’ll end the call with actionable advice that you can implement immediately, and I’ll send over detailed notes on what we went over.

A continual 1-on-1 mentorship with me might be a good fit if you find that you need recurring growth advisory. Let's face it: no plan survives first contact with the enemy. It’s fine to to have a basic strategy and an action plan but things can and will go wrong.

A campaign goes bust, your customer acquisition costs start ballooning out of control, your content isn’t performing as planned.

With a weekly 1-hour call, I can help you understand why things are going off-track and how to reel it back in. I’ll look at the data and suggest modifications to your campaigns and tactics so that you can hit your goals in the fastest way possible.

 
 

TIER III

Having me on your team might be a good fit if you find that you need someone to step in and handle growth strategy and direction for you. And if you don’t have enough resources on your team to execute, I can help you with that as well.

If you’ve found a few marketing channels that work for you, it often makes sense to outsource it so that you can scale up immediately, instead of going through the hassle of hiring someone in-house.
