The Challenge

Time Doctor is a revolutionary SaaS company that helps businesses track time, manage tasks, and monitor employees. They cater to a wide variety of time-tracking clients, from small business owners to engineers at large companies.

They were looking for a copywriter to help them write and improve their onboarding sequence so they could convert new leads into paying customers. It was important for them to work with a partner who understood how to effectively write inbound nurture sequences that would activate new leads and turn them into customers.

The Solution

They had a solid foundation to work with and had already been email sequences in-house, but were looking for additional help making sure the copy was as conversion-optimized and polished as possible. I delivered a series of powerful emails to convert new hand-raising leads into paying customers. I also reviewed their consumer acquisition funnels and made changes to their segmented drip emails. By focusing on writing more buyer persona congruent copy, I met consumer needs and helped them ascend to the next stage of their customer journey.
