Rootstrap is a highly respected and award-winning digital agency that has supported over 500 businesses and public figures in achieving their goals through expert app creation and growth marketing strategies. With a proven track record of working with top companies and individuals, including Google, Salesforce, Spotify, Tony Robbins, and Ogilvy-Mather, Rootstrap has established itself as a leader in the industry.
Despite their expertise and successes, Rootstrap was facing a challenge in generating consistent leads. A large part of this was due to unengaging content and a lack of marketing automation systems, which were preventing them from effectively nurturing leads and turning prospects into sales-qualified leads. This was a significant issue for the company, as lead generation is a crucial element in driving growth and success.
To address this challenge, I implemented a range of solutions designed to increase engagement and conversions. This included optimizing key landing pages with compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) targeted at specific audience segments, creating segmented drip emails to nurture leads, improving website user experience (UX) through intuitive design and navigation, and conducting list-building funnel audits to ensure all elements were aligned and working towards the same goals.
To further improve the customer journey and increase conversions, I also ran hundreds of Facebook Ads A/B tests to find the best-performing ads and targeting options. I used data and analytics to continually optimize and improve the performance of the ads, and I incorporated retargeting tactics to ensure that we were reaching the right audience at the right time with the right message.
These efforts paid off in a big way for Rootstrap. Their mailing list size rose to over 12,000 subscribers, and engagement on email drips increased significantly, with an average open rate of 19% on their main email nurture drip. One of their segmented onboarding drip sequences had an impressive open rate of 29% on average, with a CTR of 2.5%, and segmented lead magnet delivery open rates averaged 59%, with a CTR of 16%.
In addition, top-of-funnel landing page conversion rates saw a significant increase, with opt-ins ranging from 22% to 53%. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the solutions implemented and the impact they had on Rootstrap's ability to nurture leads and turn prospects into sales-qualified leads.
