As a leading provider of personal training equipment, NordicTrack has a reputation for excellence and innovation. Founded in 1975 by Ed Pauls, a dedicated cross-country skier, the company began as a way for athletes to train for ski events indoors.
However, it quickly expanded and evolved, offering a wide range of high-quality equipment for all types of athletes, from treadmills and ellipticals to stationary bikes and rowing machines.
One of the key features that sets NordicTrack apart is its iFIT technology, which allows users to access personalized training programs and interactive visuals through their equipment. This innovative feature provides users with the motivation and guidance they need to reach their fitness goals, making it an essential part of the NordicTrack experience.
Despite its many strengths, NordicTrack recognized that it had room for improvement in the area of copywriting. Its marketing materials, including Facebook ads and sales pages, were not optimized for conversions, which meant that the company was not getting the most out of its ad spend.
To address this issue, the company sought out my copywriting expertise since they knew I had extensive knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry. Working closely with the in-house team of marketing strategists and writers, I helped NordicTrack create compelling and persuasive copy that resonated with its target audience.
This included copy for landing pages and ads across a multitude of campaigns. These marketing assets proved to be invaluable, allowing the company to showcase their new product launches in the best possible light and attract thousands of customers for several new product lines, including a new premium treadmill and a set of smart dumbbells.
NordicTrack's collaboration with me resulted in impressive outcomes such as generating more new customers and significantly improving conversion rates. The company plans to continue working with me on various projects to maintain its leading position in the industry and provide top-notch customer experiences.
