The Challenge

Loved & Blessed is a company that is dedicated to empowering and uplifting women all over the world. They offer a monthly subscription service that provides a diverse range of motivation, positivity, and self-care tools to their members. These tools include interactive courses and strategies to help women manage and overcome life's challenges.

Despite their success, the brand faced challenges in terms of growing their email list and engaging with customers. They had been using top-of-funnel Facebook ads to drive traffic to their website, but they were not properly retargeting these ads or utilizing segmented emails or dedicated landing pages. 

The Solution

In order to address these issues, I implemented a range of strategies to improve the brand's customer acquisition and retention efforts. This included writing new, conversion-optimized copy for segmented landing pages, optimizing their segmented email drips, and improving the overall user experience of the website. 

I also ran hundreds of A/B tests on their Facebook Ads in order to lower their cost per acquisition and increase their customer lifetime value. In addition to these efforts, I created over 50 segmented emails targeting specific personas in order to better connect with and engage their audience. 

The Results

The strategies that I implemented for Loved & Blessed resulted in significant increases in both their email list size and engagement. Their onboarding email open rates rose to an average of 37.6%, while click-through rates increased to 11.6%. I was also able to lower the cost per acquisition across the board by running hundreds of Facebook Ads A/B tests, with an average cost per click of $36.24 and a customer lifetime value of $106.54. 

Conversion rates for both the welcome mat and exit-intent emails also saw impressive increases, with the welcome mat conversion rate rising by 192% and the exit-intent conversion rate increasing by 284%. These efforts contributed to the acquisition of 6,506 new email subscribers for the brand. Overall, these strategies helped Loved & Blessed to continue their rapid growth as a leading provider of women's empowerment and self-care services.
