The Challenge

Loved & Blessed is one of the world's fastest-growing women empowerment subscription boxes, bringing a diverse array of optimism and positivity into the lives of women all over the world. Members receive a monthly care kit of motivation, as well as interactive courses with tactics, strategies, and tools to help women manage life's toughest situations.

The brand was having trouble growing its mailing list and engaging with customers. They used top-of-funnel Facebook ads but didn’t properly retarget. They also didn’t use segmented email drips or dedicated landing pages, and their copy was not conversion-optimized, so engagement and email list click-through rates plateaued.

The Solution

I wrote brand new copy for their segmented landing pages, tweaked their segmented drip emails, improved their website UX, audited their customer acquisition funnels, and grew their email list with Facebook Ads. I also created over 50 emails segmented emails to target specific personas.

The Results

Loved+Blessed saw significant increases in both their list and engagement. Their onboarding email open rates averaged 37.6%, while click-through rates increased to 11.6%.

As a result of hundreds of Facebook Ads A/B tests, I lowered cost per acquisition across the board, with an average CPC of $36.24 and a CLV of $106.54. I also raised the welcome mat conversion rate by 192% (from 9.49% to 14.69%) and the exit-intent conversion rate by 284% (from 5.06% to 8.98%), resulting in 6,506 new email subscribers.
